Our Training Partners receive a user name and password to the instructor section of this website. Everything you need to offer your own classes can be found on this website in the light blue navigation bar above.

Instructors
The LTC Connection CE Instructor application and all state instructor applications can be downloaded from this section of our website. Simply complete them and send the originals to our CE staff who will pay all the fees to get you set up in each state that you want to teach classes in!

Course Offerings
The courses available for you to teach are listed in this section of our website. It includes the name of the course, the course ID and the number of credit hours. You will also see if the course was approved as a standard NAIC course of if there is state specific material for a state. We also list any courses that are pending approval.

Classroom Materials
We provide state approved Power Points for each course. We also include any state specific information that may be required. You can download these and make copies for your students.
LTC Connection will send you all of the materials required to file for CE. We will send you attendance rosters and Certificate of Completion request forms needed so we can process each student.

Scheduling Classes
We make it easy to schedule your classes. We provide information on each state's scheduling requirements. Simply fill out our Schedule a Class form which is immediately sent to our CE staff who will promptly file your class with the state. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have scheduled a class. When you schedule your class, let us know if it is open to the public and we will help you market your class as well!

Marketing Classes
When you hold a class, you can determine how much you want to charge per student. We provide three different templates to develop your own classroom invitations. You can also develop your own if you choose to! We provide the required information that must be on all classroom advertisements. If your class is open to the public, we will even list your class on our Upcoming Events page on the home page of our website. We will post information for the person at your organization that is taking RSVPS for your classes.

Processing Classes
Each student pays you directly whatever you decide to charge for your class. Once you submit all the paperwork for your classes, you can get busy scheduling more classes while we do all the work! We will file each students applicable CE and pay any state credit filing fees with the Department of Insurance. After we do that, we will send each student a Certificate of Completion via e-mail. We will also copy you on the e-mail so you have a copy of their Certificate of Completion as well. After we do this, we report all course completions to Clear Cert. Once we are all done, we will send you an e-mail with an Excel spreadsheet of all of the students that we processed. Our goal is to process all of your students within 4-5 days of receiving your paperwork.
LTC Connection will charge the credit card you have on file (or you can send a check) for the total fees owed for the class based on how many students you had.
